It is very important that homeowner's dues be collected correctly at settlement. Many times this is the best opportunity to collect on delinquent dues. We have worked with many of the local settlement companies in the area, and can utilize computer spreadsheets to ensure that dues are correctly prorated at settlement. We can provide "Resale" packages containing the information required to be disclosed at settlement. We can also provide "Welcome Kits" to new homeowners, making them aware of community rules, regulations and other information.

Insurance
We can arrange for and negotiate the insurance coverage for your association.
We can also analyze your current insurance coverage to try to reduce costs and ensure proper coverage.

Web Page
We can set up and maintain a web page for your association, Limited pages can be stored on our server to lower your costs.
Your web page can contain:Calendars, Agendas, Minutes from Board Meetings, Contact Information, Covenants, By-Laws, and more.

Bulk Mailings
Large mailings (over 200 pieces) can be mailed out using our bulk mail permit. We use the latest US Postal Service approved software, so that we can obtain the best possible rates for your mail pieces.
We can also design and arrange for printing of your newsletter.

Personnel
We can assist in the hiring and placement of permanent or temporary employees and payroll services can also be provided.

Elections
We can coordinate your annual elections and other voting processes. We can tally the results ourselves or work through a third party if necessary.
